Shipping Info
Most orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 business days.
Because many of our products are thoughtfully made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item. If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every JHORA purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, please contact us at info@shopjhora.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Many JHORA products are thoughtfully made to order or personalized just for you. Because of their custom nature, these items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you may place a new order for your preferred item once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

At JHORA, we create products designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Following the recommended care instructions will help preserve the quality, color, and craftsmanship of your purchase.
Apparel
To keep your garments looking their best:
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
- If ironing is needed, iron inside out on low heat and avoid printed or embroidered areas.
Embroidered Items
Our embroidered pieces are crafted with care and designed for everyday wear.
- Wash inside out using cold water.
- Tumble dry on low or air dry for best results.
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
- Do not iron directly over embroidery.
Candles
For the best candle experience:
- Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.
- Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Drinkware
To help preserve printed designs:
- Hand washing is recommended whenever possible.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers.
- Allow drinkware to cool before washing if used with hot beverages.
Throw Pillows & Home Textiles
- Spot clean when possible.
- Machine wash covers only if care instructions permit.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not bleach.
Wall Art & Canvas
- Display indoors away from excessive moisture or direct sunlight.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid harsh cleaning products.

Personalized items are made specifically for you.
Please review all names, initials, dates, and custom details carefully before placing your order. Because these products are created exclusively for you, personalized items cannot be changed once production begins.
